1. Booking Confirmation & Advance Payment
1. Booking Advance: A 25% advance payment is required to confirm tour packages and hotel/houseboat vouchers.\n2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 15 days prior to travel receive an 80% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to standard hotel and permit cancellation charges.\n3. Weather & Permits: Gondola cable car Phase 2 permits and mountain road access are subject to weather conditions as dictated by local J&K authorities.

3. Gondola Cable Car & Local Sightseeing Union Rules
- Gulmarg Gondola: Cable car Phase 1 and Phase 2 tickets issued by J&K Cable Car Corporation are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once booked.
- Pahalgam & Sonmarg Sightseeing: As per J&K Tourism Transport Union regulations, outside commercial cabs can only drop travelers at hotel points. Local sightseeing (Aru/Betaab Valley in Pahalgam and Thajiwas Glacier ponies in Sonmarg) must be hired through official local union desks.
- Weather Disruptions: Heavy snowfall or road blockages in winter passes (Sonmarg/Zojila Pass) may alter itineraries for traveler safety.
4. Houseboat Stay Guidelines
Standard check-in time for Dal Lake and Nigeen Lake houseboats is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Shikara transfer from Ghats to houseboat on check-in and check-out is complimentary.
5. Jurisdiction & Registered Office
All legal disputes or claims are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir 190001.
